These classes combine dynamic core workouts intermixed with gentle stretching.
Body Dynamics
A non-stop, challenging cardiovascular, strength and toning workout that focuses on proper form for maximum fat-burn results. A class for everyone as variations are provided for all fitness levels; from the beginner to the advanced.
Cardio Fusion
Incorporates cardio moves with weight segments in between and ends with an ab session.
Cardio Fusion & Sculpt
This class utilized high impact cardio intervals paired with intense core exercises. This class is ideal for intermediate to advanced levels.
Cardio Interval/Fitness 101
These classes are ideal for beginner to intermediate levels and incorporate cardio and strength exercises finishing with core, cool-down and stretch.
Cardio Jam
Class consists of warm-up, low intensity aerobic movements as well as high intensity that will elevate your heart rate. All fitness levels are welcome.
Circuit Conditioning
An unconventional, challenging workout that enhances functional strength utilizing stations equipped with Balls, Bars, Bosus, and more!
C.L.I.M.B.
(Creative Ladder Intervals Mega Bootcamp) This class was recently voted "Best Boot Camp in Main Line Today's 'Best Of' issue and was featured on NBC-10 News and has received rave reviews. This class uses a combination of agility ladder and boot camp activities that will peak your interest, maximize your speed and agility as well as your anaerobic and aerobic fitness.
Ellis Express Fit
This class is a 30 minute strength circuit combining core work with full body exercises. Designed to get the most bang for your buck!
Guts, Butts & Cuts
This is an upbeat, motivating cardio and strength class that focuses on core, glutes and upperbody conditioning.
Kickboxing
Incorporates kicks and a variation of punches to music along with squats, push-ups and ends with an ad session.
Pilates/Yoga
These classes involve breathing techniques, balancing postures and advanced poses.
Pump It Up
A class designed to combine aerobic activity with strength/sculpt and core intervals. Cardio segments can include step patterns, hi/lo, kickbox and boot camp style activity.
Spinning
The Spinning® Program is the original and most comprehensive indoor cycling program. This cardiovascular exercise is for all fitness levels and abilities. On a specially designed stationary bike, certified Spinning Instructors will take you on a journey that is FUN and EFFECTIVE. Intensity levels are based on need and have the potential to burn mega calories, 500 to 800 per 45 minute class! Spinning also tones and strengthens the entire body.
Silver Circuit/Strength
This class is designed for seniors and/or beginner level members. Silver Circuit and Silver Strength focuses on mobility, flexibility and overall strength training.
Strength Conditioning
A weight training class designed to improve muscular strength and endurance, equipment used can include dumbbells, body bars, dynabands, stability balls and gliders.
Zumba
This class combines high-energy and motivating music with unique Latin inspired dance moves and combination.
20/20/20
This class is broken into 3 segments (20 minutes each): Strength, Core and Stretch.
