Thomas Fenstermacher
President, FACTS Fitness
Tom Fenstermacher earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition from West Chester University.
Tom has been in the fitness industry for over 12 years. He started his career and his company as an in-home personal trainer and has grown his business into one of the top fitness companies in the Philadelphia region. FACTS Fitness operates and manages five facilities including Steel Fitness in Bethlehem and Ellis Athletic Center in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania.
Tom's philosophy of "no member left behind" is evident throughout his organization. "I believe fitness is a field where I can make a difference for individuals and the industry."

Ian Savitz
Vice President of Operations, FACTS Fitness
Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Ursinus College and a Master's of Science in Sport and Athletic Administration from West Chester University. Ian's certifications include AAAI and ISMA.
"Since starting a career as a personal trainer in 2000, I have worked with a variety of populations including professional athletes, children, elderly, and individuals with multiple sclerosis, herniated discs, and fibromyalgia. I enjoy the diversity of the clientele that I work with and find it rewarding to help these individuals attain fitness goals. Health and fitness is truly a field where you can touch and improve people's lives and for that reason, I am committed to a career in this industry. As the Operations Manager for FACTS Fitness, I now have the opportunity to spread my philosophy throughout all of our locations. I settle for nothing less than unrivaled customer service. At any of our facilities, I want our members to feel welcomed and cared for by our professional staff. As a result, I believe that FACTS Fitness will pave the way for our clients to succeed in adopting healthier lifestyles."
Deborah MacArthur
Director of Marketing and Public Relations, FACTS Fitness
Debbi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from West Chester University. She has worked in public relations and marketing for over 11 years. Before coming to FACTS Fitness, Debbi worked as Director of PR and Marketing for New Orleans cafe. She co-authored a book with her chef brother, THE SECRET FORMULA.

Patrick Sarne
General Manager, Ellis Athletic Center
Patrick graduated from Winthrop University's School of Business is 1989, and has 18 years of experience in the fitness industry. Patrick earned his Personal Fitness Trainer certification through World Instructor Training Schools in 2000.
"As General Manager of the Ellis Athletic Center, I am dedicated to making your exercise experience enjoyable and rewarding on every occasion. As a client, each Personal Training session will help to develop functional strength through unique workouts that will challenge your physical abilities. I believe in maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle, and am confident that I can be a valuable resource through my knowledge, experience and ability to motivate."
Willie Owens
Personal Trainer, Class Instructor
Willie graduated from Penn State with majors in Exercise Science and Chemistry. His fitness certifications include ESA, AAAI, NASM, CPR. He entered the fitness field in his words, "It's the next best thing to being a doctor."
Willie played professional football with NJ Cardsharks Arena football, 2003; CFL Winnepeg Bluebombers, 1998; and in the NFL for the St. Louis Rams, 1997. He is also a 6-time All American in Track & Field.
Bryan Aronchick
Personal Trainer
Bryan is a graduate of the University of Arizona and is pursuing a career in Golf Course Construction and Design, with two championship courses on his resume. Currently, he is the co-designer and supervisor of a specialized golf trainer program. Bryan is a 70’s golfer and was a member of the Inter-AC Champion Episcopal Academy golf team.
Bryan is also a member of the Motivation Fitness personal training team and S.O.S. (Sport-specific Off-Season Training) staff.
Kyle Barrie
S.O.S. Coordinator/Personal Trainer
Kyle holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Sociology from Johns Hopkins University and is currently studying to achieve an A.C.E., and AAA1 Certification. Before coming to Facts Fitness, Kyle coached Lacrosse at Widener University and led the Pride to a M.A.C. Championship. Presently, Kyle is an Assistant Lacrosse Coach at St. Joseph's Prep.
Kyle played professional lacrosse for the Denver Outlaws, and the Philadelphia Barrage. Kyle won an NCAA Lacrosse National Championship in 2005 with the Johns Hopkins Blue Jays. He is also a 2-time All-American.
Kyle Petaccio
Personal Trainer
Kyle attended Harcum College majoring in Vet. Tech. His certifications include AAAI, ISMA and CPR. Kyle played professional Inline Hockey, winning the National Championships in 2000 and 2002. Kyle enjoys being in the fitness industry to help others and stay in shape! He enjoys playing hockey, working out, running on the beach and cooking.
Chris Croley
S.O.S. Coordinator/Personal Trainer
Chris is a graduate of Robert Morris University where he earned a Bachelors degree in Marketing, and a Masters degree in Instructional Leadership. His tenure at RMU included 4 years of Division I Track where he was a 4-time IC4A Qualifier and 1-time Regional Qualifier. He spent two years coaching the sprint and relay events.
Chris is originally from Memphis, Tennessee, but has lived in 4 other states. He has been a Personal Trainer for 3 years. Chris also loves to instruct and play basketball and is proud to be a member of the 1575 club! Also, he has a 40 inch vertical! Wow!
Tom Trio
Personal Trainer/Instructor
Tom brings 6 years of experience to the table with a Personal Fitness Trainer certification through World Instructor Training Schools. Tom provides a hands on approach to personal fitness instruction and training.
Along with his certification, he is CPR and AED Certified by the American Heart Association. Tom has a strong emphasis on total body workout and resistance training. He enjoys helping people lose weight and build strength, along with developing a strong self esteem and confidence booster for his clients.
Nona Kleinberg
Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor
Nona Kleinberg comes to FACTS Fitness with 24 years experience in the field of fitness and personal training. She has an Associate’s Degree, and is certified by the American Council on Exercise and APEX. Nona got into the fitness field because, in her own words, “I was not only overweight, but had poor lifestyle behaviors. I believed that I could make a difference by helping others understand that with consistent, proper role modeling, they too can learn the value of a healthy lifestyle.”
Along with Personal Training, Nona is a Nutritional Coach and specializes in Mat Pilates. Her hobbies include walking, hiking, running, and spending time with loved ones. Nona owned her own private personal training studio in Topeka, Kansas for 9 years. She has three sons, two daughter-in-laws and as for now, one grandchild!
Kyla Vivani
Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor
Kyla’s education includes attending Cabrini College, Dance Educators of America, National Dance Association, Universal Dance Association & Touch of Class Dance Studio. She also has the following certifications CPR/AED, AAAI-ISMA Personal Training & Group Fitness Certifications.
Kyla has chosen the fitness as a career to help others in making fitness an integral part of their lives for mind, body and overall health. Her expertise includes course study in Movement for Children, Strength Training, Nutrition & Martial Arts for Self Defense.
Kyla created PhillyFusion, a dance company that performs throughout the tri-state area for Runway Shows, Sporting Event Entertainment, Nightclub Tribute Shows and R&B Artist Back-up Dancing. From Ballet to Break-dance, Kyla has been dancing since the age of 2!
Amy Singh-Trecoske
Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor
Amy Singh-Trecoske earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University 2003. She has been in fitness for 10 years. She has been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 2002.
Amy's experience includes being a Personal Trainer, Group Instructor, Sports Coordinator and Coach.
Her certifications include Postural Analysis, Facilitated Stretching, Total Body Fitness, Women’s Strength Training, Muscle Management and Lower Body Specialist.
Nicole Miller
Front Desk Staff
Nicole Miller attended Philadelphia University and majored in Finance. She enjoys being in the fitness field because of the interaction with the members and the energetic atmosphere. While at Philadelphia University she played Lacrosse. Nicole is married and has 3 children.
Taylor MacArthur
Front Desk Staff
Taylor MacArthur is graduating from Delaware County Christian School in June and will be attending University of the Sciences as a Physician’s Assistant major. He has been in fitness for 2 years and will be earning a PT certification this summer. His currently is CPR/AED certified.
Taylor has been working in fitness because he enjoys working out, living healthy and sharing that with others. His hobbies include playing soccer and baseball. This past year he was the Captain of Varsity Soccer Team at DCCS and will be training the soccer team this summer.
