Ages 9 – 15

Youth Training classes build endurance and develop coordination and balance. Participants can expect to use a variety of different equipment such as weights, bands, balls and other tools to get stronger and leaner.

UPCOMING SESSIONS:

Session 1: June 26, 27, 28 10am-12pm
Session 2: July 10, 11, 12 10am-12pm
Session 3: July 24, 25, 26 10am-12pm

$60 per 3 class session
