Youth Fitness

We are proud to offer fitness programs to help kids of all ages stay active!  Our programs aim to improve your child’s physical fitness, prepare them to play their favorite sports, and ensure they have fun!  The more fun they have with physical fitness, they more they’ll want to be active!

Youth Fitness Training

Our personal trainers will work with kids ages 9 and up to help them build endurance and develop coordination and balance. Our training programs are safe and can be tailored to the child’s specific sports and goals. Participants can expect to use a variety of different equipment such as weights, bands, balls and other tools to get stronger and leaner.  Small group training options are available.

Mini-Sports Camps

We offer mini-sports camps for children, ages 3 to 7.  Kids develop skills and teamwork for sports like basketball and soccer.  Contact us and follow us Facebook and Instagram to learn more about upcoming sports camps.

Summer Camps

Birthday Parties

Book your child’s next birthday party at Ellis Athletic Center!  Our affordable parties are 2 hours of jam-packed fun, including sports, games and much more.  You’ll have private use of our basketball court to host your party.  Staff-organized play for 60-90 minutes is available at an additional cost.  Gym activities include soccer, basketball, softee hockey, volleyball, obstacle course, dodgeball, parachute games, dance and more!
